Classic Aperol Spritz

The minute the weather in San Francisco changes from cold and rainy to warm and sunny (read: this past weekend), I make these Aperol Spritzes on repeat. They’re so simple and only require a few ingredients – I just run across the street to the corner store when I’m craving a Spritz and gather everything.

I know making a Spritz isn’t necessarily rocket science but I’ve toyed around with different ratios and have found that this one give you the best balance of Prosecco, slightly sweet + bitter aperol and club soda to mellow it all out.

Cheers!
